Foreword

This marks the third BeaCon, and is the first ever BeaCon to be held outside the Metro Tokyo area.

At the last BeaCon, we noticed that there were disproportionately fewer people in attendace from western Japan.

Now BeaCon3 will hopefully be the one that people from western Japan find much more accessible. We also hope that it will ignite even broader BeOS user community activities. Of course, we welcome people from other parts of Japan, or rather, from all over the world. We can all make a difference, and most importantly, have a great fun.

Place	Within walking distance from the subway station "Keage". From Kyoto station, it takes about 30 minutes via subway.
Size	can accomodate up to around 200 people
Feature	A classic large-scale auditorium. It is a damn good-looking hall in fact.
