Description:
Baxter is a beta IRC client. As of v0.44, Baxter includes DCC send, recv, and dcc chat recv. For the people out there used to mirc or other IRC clients that display all of the channels in a tab view, Baxter offers this feature. For those people out there who prefer one window per channel, Baxter also offers this feature.
